Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Constella App, Inc. for the Fullbloom app. By using Fullbloom you accept them. The most important part is the first section, so please do not skip it.
Fullbloom is not therapy
Fullbloom paces DBT skills. It is a self-help tool. It is not therapy, not medical or psychological treatment, and not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. It does not diagnose any condition, and nothing it says is a clinical opinion about you.
It is also not an emergency service. It cannot call anyone for you, it cannot monitor you, and it will not know if you are in danger.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 to use Fullbloom, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. What you write, say, and save in Fullbloom stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it, and show it back to you, and nothing more. We do not use your entries to advertise to you or sell them to anyone.
How that data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Subscription, trial, and billing
- Fullbloom costs $49.99 a year after a free trial of 7 days.
- On day 5 we send one reminder that the trial is ending. On day 7 the subscription starts and you are charged, unless you cancelled before then.
- Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is taken by Apple, and the subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- You cancel in your App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue them directly, but write to us and we will help you ask.
- If we change the price, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.
Using it properly
Please do not:
- Use Fullbloom to break the law, or to harm anyone including yourself.
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
- Resell, rent, or redistribute the app or its content.
- Upload other people's personal information without their permission.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules or puts other people at risk.
Our content
The app, its exercises, text, artwork, and software belong to Constella App, Inc. and its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Fullbloom for yourself. DBT itself is a body of clinical practice we did not invent; our particular wording, pacing, and design of these exercises is ours.
Changes and availability
We improve the app continually, so features may change, and parts of it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we ever discontinue Fullbloom, we will give notice and a way to export what you have saved.
Disclaimers
Fullbloom is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty that the app will improve your mental health or produce any particular outcome. Skills help when you practise them; we cannot promise results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constella App, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Fullbloom. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using Fullbloom and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. When your account ends, the sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you live somewhere with mandatory local consumer protections, those still apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Fullbloom after that means you accept the new terms.
